1. We will distribute your song(s) and content on an exclusive basis to sites including but not limited to iTunes, Spotify, Deezer and YouTube.
Note that these sites reserve the right not to accept your content for distribution.
If there are no technical issues with your uploaded content, it will automatically be uploaded to YouTube.
Our quality control team will review your content and artwork before sending it to the other distributors.
It will only be sent for distribution if it passes the quality check, which includes checking its mastering and the artwork (if submitted).
Songs without artwork will not be submitted immediately and will be added to our compilations which take longer to release.
2. The distribution of these song(s) and content for sale will be on an exclusive basis meaning you cannot give the song(s) to another distributor, but you can obviously send it to other websites such as notjustok so far as it’s not for sale.
3. Earnings from the song(s) and content master and publishing rights will be split as 50% to you the artist and 50% to Afrobreakers Distribution.
4. You must upload artwork of 3000x3000pixels with each release and the artwork must meet iTunes/Spotify design and quality standards. Non-conformance will delay delivery.
5. Creating an Afrobreakers account and uploading your song(s) and content to the server confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
If agreed create an account, download the Afrobreakers Terms and Conditions HERE, sign it and send it by email to us. This is important as the agreement contains the fields for your banking and songwriting information.
